Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Subscriptions to verifyremotework.com are sold by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for this Service. Your payment is made to Paddle, your invoice comes from Paddle, and Paddle's own buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Where the two differ, Paddle's terms govern the payment itself.

The Service is operated by Muhammad Hammad, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. The free trial

Every new Client gets seven days free. A payment card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during it.

The card is charged on day eight, for the number of seats held at that moment. Cancel before day eight and you are charged nothing at all.

This trial exists so you can decide before paying. We would rather you cancelled during it than asked for a refund after.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually — until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, which opens our payment provider's own hosted cancellation.

We send a reminder before the first charge at the end of a trial. We do not send a reminder before every renewal.

4. Refunds

We do not refund a period that has already started.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is refunded for the unused part of that period, and the number of days remaining makes no difference.

This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike. An annual subscription is a year bought at a discount to the monthly price; cancelling in month three does not return nine months.

5. When we will refund

We will refund, without argument:

  • a duplicate charge — the same period charged twice;
  • a charge made after you cancelled, where the cancellation was recorded before the renewal;
  • a charge that is plainly our error;
  • a period in which the Service was substantially unavailable for reasons within our control, for a continuous stretch long enough that the period was of no use to you. We will look at what actually happened rather than apply a formula.

Write to support@verifyremotework.com with the invoice number. We aim to answer within three working days. An approved refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method and normally reaches you within 5 to 10 working days.

6. Seat changes

Adding a seat mid-period charges you for the remainder of that period only, and your billing date does not move.

Removing a seat takes effect at your next renewal. The seat stays usable until then, and the current period is not refunded in part. Plan seat reductions before a renewal date rather than after it.

7. Suspended accounts

If your access is suspended for non-payment, the subscription is not cancelled. Our payment provider continues to retry the failed charge for up to thirty days. If one of those attempts succeeds, you are charged for that period and access returns. If you do not want that, cancel from your billing page — cancelling stops the retries.

If we suspend your account for any other reason, billing continues while it is suspended, and you can still reach your billing page to cancel. A period you were suspended through is not refunded, unless the suspension turns out to have been our mistake — in which case it is.

8. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please write to us first. Most of these turn out to be a renewal that was forgotten, and we can usually resolve it the same day.

A chargeback raised without contacting us costs us a fee and typically suspends the account while it is investigated, which takes weeks. Talking to us is faster for everyone.
