Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms govern your use of verifyremotework.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Muhammad Hammad, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan ("we", "us").

You can reach us at support@verifyremotework.com.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets a company (the "Client") verify that a remote worker (the "Developer") they have engaged is the person actually doing the work. It does this by comparing a photograph taken when monitoring starts, and at regular intervals afterwards, against a reference photograph the Developer records and the Client approves.

While monitoring runs, the Service also captures periodic screenshots of the Developer's screen, records a measure of how much keyboard and mouse activity there is, and records the length of each work session. The Client can view a live stream of the Developer's screen while monitoring is running; that stream is not recorded.

Capture runs while the Developer is signed in to the desktop application, and stops when they sign out or close it. Nothing is captured from the website or the dashboard.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account of any kind, including as a Developer. A Client inviting a Developer confirms that the person they are inviting is an adult. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete their data.

The Service is sold to businesses. It is not a consumer product.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.

A Client invites a Developer by email. The Developer sets their own password. A Client never sees, holds, or can recover a Developer's password. If a Developer forgets it, the reset link goes to the Developer's own email address.

5. Your responsibilities as a Client

This section matters more than any other in these terms.

Before you put a person on this platform, you must have the legal right, in that person's country and under your agreement with them, to monitor them in the way the Service works — including capturing images of their face and their screen.

You must tell them you are doing it. You must not present the Service to them as something other than what it is.

You are responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis to monitor each person you add;
  • telling each person what is captured and why;
  • complying with the employment, privacy and biometric data laws that apply where that person lives and works;
  • making sure that any decision you take about a person — including ending their engagement — is yours, taken by a human, and not treated as an automatic consequence of something the Service reported.

We provide the tool. We do not decide who is monitored, and we do not verify that you have the right to monitor them.

6. What the Service is not

A failed face check is not proof that anyone did anything wrong. Cameras, lighting, and people's appearances change. A flagged session means a comparison fell below a threshold; it means nothing more than that, and it is for you to look into.

We do not guarantee that the Service detects every case of someone else doing the work, and we do not guarantee that every flag it raises is correct.

7. Pricing

The Service is priced per Developer per month. One seat is one Developer.

  • Monthly: $20 per seat per month
  • Annual, 1 to 19 seats: $204 per seat per year
  • Annual, 20 seats or more: $192 per seat per year

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.

On an annual subscription, an order of 19 seats is billed at the 20-seat rate, because 20 seats at the higher-volume price costs less than 19 at the lower-volume price. You are never charged more than a larger order of the same plan would cost, and the extra seat is yours to use.

An account may hold up to 100 seats. Beyond that, contact us.

8. Free trial

New Clients get a seven-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial.

On day eight, the card is charged for the seats held at that moment, and the subscription begins. If you cancel before then, you are not charged.

9. Adding and removing seats

You can add seats at any time. Adding a seat charges you for the remainder of the current billing period, at the same rate, and your billing date does not move.

You can remove seats at any time. A removal takes effect at your next renewal, not immediately, and the seat remains usable until then.

10. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or annual — at the price then listed, until cancelled.

11. Failed payments

If a payment fails, you get three days to fix it, with a reminder each day.

If it is still unpaid after three days, access stops — for you, and for every Developer on your account. Their desktop application will not sign in, and no work sessions can start. Nothing is deleted. When the payment succeeds, access returns.

12. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page, which uses our payment provider's own hosted cancellation. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy.

13. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or close an account if it is used to break these terms, to break the law, or to monitor people who have not been told they are being monitored.

A suspension stops access. It does not stop billing, and you can still reach your billing page to cancel. If we suspend your account we will tell you, and we will tell the Developers on it that access is temporarily unavailable.

14. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to monitor anyone who has not agreed to it, to interfere with it, to attempt to access another account, to resell it without our agreement, or to break any law.

15. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime.

16. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or loss arising from a decision you took about a person based on what the Service reported.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
